YouTube finally lets Android users zoom in on videos
YouTube often added a new function to the experimental features' page. Some premium customers are now allowed to zoom in with a pinch gesture to look closer at a part the video.
The zooming feature is different from the gesture that allows all users, paying or not, to fill the screen with a single pinch. It is available only on the YouTube app for Android in the Your Premium benefits menu within the profile settings.

Pinch-to-zoom is available for demo until September 1. After that, we expect to video platform to either introduce the feature officially or reveal a later launch date if there are any issues with the functionality. There is no info on whether the feature will be made available to non-paying users.
