Earlier in April this year, Vivo unveiled the Vivo X Fold to mark its debut in the foldable phone market. And now it seems like another foldable phone from Vivo - the X Fold S - is in the offing. The Chinese smartphone maker will launch its upcoming premium foldable phone in China.

Vivo X Fold S: Expected features

According to a report by GizmoChina, Vivo X Fold S's primary panel is said to sport an 8.3- inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The secondary panel may apparently feature a 6.53-inch FHD+AMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate.

The smartphone is expected to feature a quad-camera setup that may include- a 50 MP primary sensor, 48 MP ultra-wide sensor, 12 MP telephoto sensor and an 8 MP periscopic sensor. The front could be home to a 16MP sensor for clicking selfies and doing video calls.

Vivo X Fold S is tipped to be powered by the top-of-the-line Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset. The phone is rumoured to pack a 4700mAh battery capacity with 80W fast charging support.

The company is yet to make any official announcements regarding the launch date and time of the upcoming Fold phone.
