Xiaomi sub-brand Redmi is expected to expand its smartphone portfolio in India by adding a new device to the Note 11 series. According to a report by GizmoChina, the Chinese phone maker is likely to launch the Redmi Note 11 SE handset as a rebranded Redmi Note 10. The report suggests that the name ?Redmi Note 11 SE" was spotted in the MIUI code.

As per the report, the device will be exclusive to the Indian market and will be different from the one launched in China earlier this year. The report also claims that the same phone will be launched in some other markets as the Poco M5s, which has already been spotted on several certification sites. Redmi Note 11 SE might house a quad-read camera setup that will include -- a 64MP primary camera, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens and two 2MP depth and macro sensors. The handset is likely to pack a 5000mAh battery that may support 33W fast charging and is expected to run MIUI 13 based on Android 12 out-of-the-box.
