How to Manage your Account Using MyJio (Prepaid)
This video will explain how easily you can manage your account using the MyJio app.
Here are a few ways in which you can manage your account using the MyJio app.
Step 1 - Open the MyJio app and enter your mobile number to log in with OTP.
Step 2 - To manage your Jio number, tap on mobile. (Here you can check your plan details, data balance etc.)
On the mobile page, you can also scroll down and select My Statement to view, download, or email your usage statement for the past six months. You can further scroll down and select Recharge History to view your recent recharge transactions. Moreover, you can select the JioCare option from the bottom and explore the section for your queries. You can also talk to HelloJio, a voice assistant for all your queries.
On the MyJio app homepage, you can scroll down for more options such as play and win, listen to music, check the news, watch movies, play games and do a lot more.
