Existing One Airtel subscribers will be migrated to new Airtel Black service.
In India, Bharti Airtel has launched a new all-in-one solution for its customers. The newly released "Airtel Black" plans combine all of Airtel's offerings - Fiber, DTH, and Mobile - into a single subscription, simplifying the overall experience for subscribers.
What will customers get with the Airtel Black plan?
Subscribers to Airtel Black can bundle two or more of the company's services into a single plan for which they will receive a single bill, a single customer support number, and a dedicated team of relationship managers who will resolve concerns in a timely manner. Airtel claims that, in addition to streamlining the overall experience, Airtel Black offers no switching or installation fees, as well as lifetime free service visits. Subscribers of Airtel Black will also receive a free
Airtel Xstream Box when they sign up for the service.
Customers will also receive 30 days of free service on the new service that Airtel has implemented in order to upgrade to this plan. To clarify, if an Airtel client previously used a postpaid number and now decides to add a DTH plan to their bundle, they will receive 30 days of free DTH service.
Airtel Black plans
As far as the plans are concerned, Airtel subscribers can customise plans as per their requirements. They can pick from Fiber plans starting at ₹499 that offers speeds of up to 1GBps, unlimited data and a landline connection, DTH plans starting at ₹153 that offers a flat one-time discount of ₹465 on DTH recharge, and a postpaid connection starting at ₹499 that offers up to 210GB of data with rollover facility and unlimited local and STD calls.
Airtel Black ₹998 Plan: DTH+2 Mobile plan and it offers two mobile connections and a DTH connection.
Airtel Black ₹1,349 Plan: DTH+3 Mobile plan and it offers three mobile connections and a DTH connection.
Airtel Black ₹1,598 Plan: A Fiber+2 Mobile plan and it offers two mobile connections and one Fiber connection.
Airtel Black ₹2,099 Plan: All-in-one plan , Fiber+3 Mobile+ DTH plan and it offers three mobile connections, one DTH connection and a Fiber connection.
Subscribers will be able to choose from one of Airtel's existing plans or create a custom plan to suit their needs by hitting the Join Now button on the Airtel Black section of the Airtel Thanks app.
Alternatively, customers can go to an Airtel store or leave a missed call on 8826655555, and an Airtel executive will contact them to assist them with upgrading to Airtel Black.
Customers of One Airtel will be immediately moved to Airtel Black, according to Airtel. They will, however, have to choose a plan that meets their needs.
