Fluid components are collaboration modules that allow you to conduct different tasks without leaving chat, email, etc., instead of static tables, graphs, and lists that are attached to specific documents. Simply said, this method allows you to work with a document in a shared environment rather than needing to open many applications.
According to the source, whatever Fluid developers have done is the most significant development in Office in decades. The Fluid concept appeared to be a viable development option for the office suite at the time of its debut last year. However, it is becoming obvious how large-scale the transformation of common office programmes can be.
Microsoft Teams will soon include built-in collaboration notes with every meeting. Notes will appear on your Outlook calendar as well as in meetings. Anyone with the relevant permissions can make changes to the meeting notes at any time, and these changes will be visible to all meeting participants online.
When you create a new task, it automatically syncs with previous tasks in Microsoft 365, and meeting notes are synchronised with your Outlook calendar, where they may also be modified online.
This summer, Microsoft is also converting the Whiteboard app into a canvas for hosting Fluid components. The app has been used as a collaboration tool for a long time and will now be redesigned as part of the Fluid idea.
