The dangerous Joker virus has returned to haunt Android apps yet again. Earlier in July 2020, Joker virus targeted as much as more than 40 Android apps available on Google Play Store post which Google had to remove those infected apps from Play Store.
This time again, the Joker virus has freshly targeted eight new Android apps. The malicious virus steals users' data, including SMS, contact list, device info, OTPs and more.The Joker malware attack has once again shaken the cyber world. This time, the malware has infiltrated applications on Android devices.
Researchers at the Quick Heal Security Labs have warned of this. Joker malware, which leaks customers' SMS, contact lists, device information and OTPs, is extremely dangerous.
Apps alerted by the Quick Heal app have been removed from the Google Play Store. Cyber experts have requested those who have downloaded the app earlier to remove it from their mobile phones.
